Notes about PT Series Designer Wheel Load Ratings
The Revvo Polyurethane Tyre / Cast Iron Designer Series Wheels are used in a very wide range of applications which may affect the wheels load capacity. The stated wheel loadings are for operation under ideal conditions. That is, the wheel operates infrequently on a smooth surface without axial loading.
The wheel loading must be reduced as follows for any of the following conditions:
Frequent Use:
If the wheel is to be in use for more than 45 minutes continuous operation, reduce loadings by 25%
Driving Applications
If the wheel is to be used as a drive wheel, reduce loads by 30%
Speeds of 6 - 10 km/h
If operating speeds are between 6km/h and 10 km/h, reduce loadings by 20%
Speeds of 10 - 16km/h
If operating speeds are between 10km/h and 16km/h, reduce loadings by 20%
