For the compression performance, please see the image for the curve by clicking on the thumbnail image above. To use this curve, please calculate the weight being carried by this castor and divide that by the one less than the number of castors on your equipment, So if you have a trolley using 4 of these castors and the total weight being carried is 500kg, then the compression of the rubber pad is the reading given on the y axis at 167kg (500kg / 3 = 167kg) which is just over 10mm.

Truck locks are designed to be bolted to the underside of the truck and when engaged using the foot operated pedal an anti-skid rubber pad is lowered into contact with the floor to keep the truck or trolley in a stationary position during loading or unloading. Trucklocks are not designed to lift a truck or trolley and therefore it does not actually support any weight. Please note that two truck locks are needed at each end of a trolley that has four swivel castors while on a trolley with two swivel castors and two fixed castors only one truck lock is needed at the end with the swivel castors.
