Load Capacity = 250kg Nylon is a high quality, low maintenance, impact resistant wheel that has a high load capacity. The nylon material is extremely resistant to salts, greases, acids and alkalis and will not mark or damage concrete floors. This makes Nylon probably the most popular castor wheel material. The roller bearing in the hub (central part of the wheel) consists of steel rollers within an impact resistant plastic cage. These rollers rotate between the axle tube and the wheel hub which reduces the rolling resistance making it easy to move even under heavy loads. Roller bearings are rugged, robust and largely maintenance-free.
