The shock absorbing function of this castor means that the overall height can vary by 20mm. The casters height without load is 160mm and this reduces incrementally by up to 20mm as load increases (see image 2 - GDS100 Curve) and fully compressed with a load of 75kg. Furthermore, the castor's offset will also vary from 45mm (at its full height of 160mm) to 53mm as the load increases.
