Businesses may apply for a trade credit account and will enjoy a 30 day credit account and subject to credit checks and approval. Click terms and conditions of sale to view our terms and conditional of sale.
You will be assigned and contacted by an account manager who will negotiate a discount structure for your business.

Trade credit accounts cannot currently be managed online. Trade Credit Accounts can engage with Keystone as follows:

- Speak to one of our delightful and knowledgeable technical sales team to place and progress an order. Our lines are open Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

- Drop by our Birmingham Trade Counter Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 4:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays) and one our our technical sales team will serve you in person

- If you have a castor that you are looking to replace and would like to send us a sample
- Please send it to our Birmingham Office with your contact details enclosed. One of our technical sales team will contact you upon receipt.
