1. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Approved ledger accounts are strictly net, and are payable 30 days from date of despatch. Accounts, which remain unpaid 60 days following the month of despatch, will automatically be placed on stop. New ledger accounts please forward two trade references and one bank reference; despatch cannot be made until references are cleared.

2. RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods shall remain the property of Keystone Wood Ltd T/A Keystone Castor Company until full payment has been received and cleared.

3. CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation or delay in schedule of an order specially produced to customer’s specification, we reserve the right to deliver and charge for any complete or part manufactured items or specially purchased materials after 8 weeks expiry of original agreed scheduled dates.

4. RETURNS

The return of goods correctly supplied to order cannot be accepted without our written consent, and will be subject to a 15% handling charge of the net invoice value.

Orders placed online may be returned no questions asked for a full refund of the product purchase price so long as the product has no been used and remains in a saleable condition.

5. NON-DELIVERY

Must be advised within 7 days, late claims cannot be accepted.

6. SHORTAGES

Must be advised within 3 days of receipt of goods, late claims cannot be accepted

7. PRICES AND QUOTATIONS

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and all quotations are valid for 30 days and subject to alteration and to withdrawal without notice. All recommendations and specifications are given to the best of our knowledge and ability. No liability is accepted for their application

8. SPECIFICATION

Specifications (by dimension, description, illustration or otherwise) are approximate and are liable to change without notice especially with regard to developments and improvements. Load capacity ratings are only general recommendations since they can be subject to wide variations under different working conditions. We make no warranty for the suitability of a product for a particular purpose.

9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any defective products must be returned to Keystone together with your contact details and a completed QC: failed product form. We will credit or replace product which we agree are defective and not misused within 6 months of date of despatch. We cannot accept liability for any other expenses incurred by customers on such defective products or for any direct or consequential damage arising from such defect. Misuse of wheels and castors include, but not limited, to:

1. Wheels and castors used with higher load capacities than specified in the catalogue
2. Used on uneven or unsuitable floors
3. Exposing the wheel or castor to working temperatures outside the recommended range
4. Exposing the wheel or castor to aggressive or caustic substance
5. Subjecting the wheel or castor to improper shock loads and rough impact
6. Using the wheels and castors at excessive speeds
7. Power towing castors not designed to be power towed
8. Modifications not approved by the manufacturer
