Automated Guidance Vehicle Castors (AGV Castors) Catalogue
Download our complete AGV Castor catalogue. These castors have been specially designed for AGV vehicles to provide solutions to many of the unique challenges that castors on an automated guided vehicle face. These include:

LDV Series: General Purpose Light Duty Castors
With individual castor load ratings from 50kg to 250kg, Keystone Castors’ LDV series is ideal for most light duty general purpose applications. The range is available with white polypropylene wheels that offer the lowest rolling resistance, will not damage floors and provides a higher load rating compared to the rubber tyres available in this range.
The rubber tyres are great for when you need a softer tyre to absorb vibrations caused when moving and are therefore quieter to use. This series offer both a black rubber tyre on a pressed steel centre and a grey rubber tyre on a plastic centre. Both types of rubber tyre will not scratch the floors but if you need a castor that’s quiet and wont mark the floor, the grey rubber tyre is the non-marking option.
The wheel diameters of the LDV castor series ranges from 50mm to 200mm and are available with 4 hole top plate fixings or single bolt hole fixings. Please note that the single bolt hole castors are only available from 50mm – 125mm.

MDV Series: General purpose Medium Duty Castors
This range is probably a very popular series and ideal for the widest range of industrial castor applications. A sturdy pressed steel bracket with a wide range of castor wheel types. Castor sizes range from 80mm to 200mm and individual castors load capacities start at 70kg and go up to 350kg.
The MDV range includes hard tread caster wheels such as nylon as well as softer grey rubber and black rubber treads. The MDV series is also available with a blue elastic rubber wheel that provides the benefits of a non-marking rubber tyre as well as offering high load capacities relative to standard rubber tyres.
This range comes with a double ball race in the swivel head and the brakes are total lock brakes which means both the wheel and the swivel action is locked when the brake is applied.

KA Series: Apparatus / Institutional Castors
Our KA Series is a quality range of pressed steel zinc-plated castors available with either 4-Hole Top Plate Castors or 10mm Single Bolt Hole Castors. The frame houses a non marking Grey Thermoplastic Rubber Tyres on a Polypropylene Centre caster wheel complete with large thread guards and has a single ball bearing to reduce the rolling resistance. This provides excellent mobility and usability for the operator.
Sizes range from 75mm wheel diameters to 150mm and the swivel head contains a double ball race in the swivel head for manoeuvrability
