Returns Policy
Goods ordered on line can be returned by the customer for exchange or refund of the product price no questions asked within 28 days so long as the product has not been used and remains in a saleable condition.
It is recommended that the customer uses a recorded delivery method as we cannot accept responsibility for goods whilst in transit. Please retain proof of delivery.
To ensure your return is processed and refunded promptly, please complete a product returns for and enclose with your return. A returns form can be downloaded here.
Trade Account Pricing Structure
Subject to approval for a Trade Account with a credit facility, account credit limits and trade discounts are set at our discretion. It is usual for customers applying for Trade Credit Accounts to be contacted by our accounts manager to discuss their application.
On agreement of a Trade Discount, that discount is applied to all orders. Delivery charges apply at the same rate as Cash Accounts.
Credit / Cash Account
Keystone Castors offers flexibility in setting up your trade account to suit your requirements.
Credit Account: Subject to approval, customers may open a credit account with invoices payable 30 days from end of month of invoice.
Cash Account: Customers may select to open a cash account that can be created instantly. Customers may pay by Visa, MasterCard or Switch against a proforma invoice issued upon request.
Alternatively, your requirement may simply be a one off purchase. In this case simply follow the prompts in the online store or call one of our technical sales representatives and make a cash purchase by Visa, MasterCard or Switch.
Delivery
98% of orders placed before 3:30pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed online are despatched on a standard 2 to 3 day service.
