Keystone Jacking Castors
Shop for Jacking castors at Keystone Castors. This range is a quality range of Keystone Jacking Castors and are a lower cost alternative to the Highest Quality JA Series Jacking Castor. The main point of difference is that this range holds a little less load than the Flexello JA Series.Jacking Castors are also known as Cas...tor Jacks. They are independently raised or lower to enable to movement and vertical adjustments of equipment. It is important to understand the the maximum total load a Jacking Castor can carry is determined differently to a typical castor. This is because of the way Jacking Castors work to raise and lower loads. Each castor may have have to HALF the total weight placed on it. Total weight is the weight of the unladen unit plus the weight of the additional load.
To work out the minimum load capacity you need add the weight of the unit and the maximum load the unit will carry together then divide this number by 2.
Jacking castors help the movement and quick and accurate vertical adjustments of working platforms, machines and other heavy duty applications. They provide users with the ability to raise and lower heavy equipment to enable its safe movement
