Our Apparatus / Institutional Castors are made from Zinc Plated Pressed Steel Frames and fitted with grey, non-marking, thermoplastic rubber tyres on a polypropylene centre wheel (Ball Bearing). The castor wheel is fitted with a ball bearing to provide excellent and easy wheel rolling performance and the large thread guards help prevent dirt ingress into the wheel's bearing bore. Furthermore, the Thermoplastic tyre will absorb some of the vibrations that come from rolling across floors. This reduces noise and increases user comfort.
