The Bracket has a black powder coating for extra protection compared to Zinc Plated frames. The top plate has 4 fixing holes with 86x61mm bolt hole spacing. Each fixing hole is drilled to 9mm and suited to an 8mm bolt. The load capacity of this castor is 150kg using manual propulsion at 4km/h (walking speed). This castor has been manufactured for the high demands of the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) market and has a low overall height of 87mm. There are two wheels fitted into the frame, each having a tread width of 23mm. The Polyurethane tyre has a shore hardness of 95 Shore A and offers a low tractive resistance making it easier to get moving compared with softer rubber tread wheels. It is also a softer than hard tread wheels making the castor smoother and quieter running. The polyurethane tyre is also non-marking and gentle on floors while the ball bearing offer the lowest rolling resistance to reduce the effort required to move the castors. Put this wheel into a strong bracket that has a double ball race in the swivel head and you have a castor that is a great choice for the wide range of industrial and domestic applications. -

The bolt holes are slotted to 78mm x 78mm / 64mm x 64mm with a 10.5mm fixing bolt hole diameter, This castors is fitted with two wheels with a Polyurethane tyre (Shore A 95) on an Aluminium centre containing ball bearings, The polyurethane wheel has excellent elasticity the minimises slipping that can happen when an AGV starts or stops. In addition, the elasticity also absorbs small shocks arising from small imperfections in the floor. The wheel itself is non marking and will not damage the floor.
