Description
75mm Polyurethane (Premium Grade REVVOTHANE) Tyre on a Cast Iron Centre Wheel running on 12mm smooth plain bore. This is high performance industrial wheel and the stated load capacity of 300kg is based on the wheel being manually propelled at 4 km/h (walking speed).

As with all polyurethane tyre wheels, extended periods of use or speeds greater 4 km/h will result in surface friction. This friction generates heat that builds up in the polyurethane that will cause a standard polyurethane tyre to de-bond from the cast iron. REVVOTHANE is a very high quality polyurethane that offers minimal heat build up and performs exceptionally well within the following guidelines:
- If the wheel be in continual use for more than 45 minutes, this reduces the load capacity by 25%.
- The load capacity is reduced by a further 30% if used as Drive Wheel
- Reduce load by further 20% if the running speed is between 6 km/h and 10 km/h
- Reduce the load by a further 30% if the running speed is between 10 km/h and 16 km/h
