How do I apply for a Trade Credit Account?

Businesses may apply for a trade credit account and will enjoy a 30 day credit account (subject to credit checks and approval). Click terms and conditions of sale to view our terms and conditional of sale.

Applying is easy and there are two ways to get an application form:

1. Call on on 0121 772 1010 and we will email an form to you
2. Download the application form from our website. Click here for the application.

Once you have completed and signed the application, please send it back to us by post or by email:

After the signed application form as been received and the relevant credit checks have been completed, you will be notified of your credit account status with Keystone. We endeavour to have this completed within 7 days depending on your Trade Credit References responses.

Once your account is open, you will enjoy a 30-day credit account to use as often as you need within your credit limit. Accounts that are not settled after 30-days credit are placed on “Stop” until the account has been cleared.
