250mm Polyurethane (Extra Heavy Duty) Tyre / Cast Iron Centre Wheel with 30mm Keyway Plain Bore. This is a high performance wheel using premium grade REVVOTHANE polyurethane which is a high quality tyre with a high load bearing capacity, minimal heat build up and a high abrasion resistance. This wheel is often used in conveyor and transportation systems.
The Load capacity quoted is for operation under ideal conditions where this industrial wheel operates infrequently and on a smooth surface. The wheel’s load capacity must be reduced as indicated for any of the following conditions. Please note that these are cumulative if more than one condition exists:
- Reduce load by 25% if continuous use for more than 45 minutes.
- Reduce Load by further 30% if used as Drive Wheel.
- Reduce load by further 30% if used at speeds greater than 6kp/h.
