Description
200mm Polyurethane Tyre Wheel on a Cast Iron Centre with a 60mm hub length (the distance through the central bore) and a 20mm Needle Roller Bearing to reduce the rolling resistance. The polyurethane has a shore hardness of 92 – 97 shore A and the Load Capacity of this castor wheel is 1100Kg at 4km/h (walking speed) using manual propulsion.
Polyurethane tyres have a very high tear and abrasion resistance providing up to 10 times the life of natural rubber when used under similar conditions and loads. Furthermore, they have approximately 30% less rolling resistance compared with comparable rubber tyre wheels making them easier to move.
