125mm Castor Wheel with a blue elastic rubber tyre on a black nylon centre and a 12mm Roller Bearing.
This wheel has a 36mm tread width, 45mm Hub Length and a Load Capacity of 250kg using manual propulsion at 4km/h.
It is industry standard to measure the treat width at the point where the tyre meets the nylon centre. This wheel tapers in and the tyre’s contact area with the floor is 26mm.
The Blue Elastic Rubber offers a higher load capacity over standard grey or black rubber tyres and will not mark floors. Furthermore, it provides a cushioning effect that helps absorb rolling vibrations which makes it quieter and more comfortable for the user.
