100mm Blue Elastic Rubber Tyre on a nylon centre wheel with a roller bearing fitted into a pressed steel swivel & brake castor bracket. The Swivel Brake Bracket has a 4 hole top plate measuring 105x80mm with 80x60mm bolt hole spacing. The load capacity of this castor is 180kg using manual propulsion at 4km/h (walking speed)
A Swivel & Wheel Brake is also known as a Total Stop Brake because it locks both the Wheel and Swivel Rotation when the brake is applied.
The Blue Elastic Rubber Tyre offers a higher load capacity than standard grey or black rubber tyres and is non-marking, gentle on floors and the rubber absorbs vibrations whilst in motion making this a low noise option. The roller bearing lowers the rolling resistance to reduce the effort required to move the castors. Together with the strong bracket that has a double ball race in the swivel head makes this castors a great performer and one of our most popular products.
